Contract negotiations and terms management is a process that begins now and our team along with a team of lawyers will review this agreement ensuring it is air tight. Once the builder has been finalized, our project management consultancy steps in to ensure the quality of the build is as per the plan and what was agreed upon when the contract was awarded. Payment management services are managed by our partner Accounting Firm to ensure than all trade works has been first approved by the QA team and then the payment is issued to the contractor.
The accounting firm also keeps a detailed track of all the finances. If there is construction financing involved, then the accounting firm also coordinates with them to ensure the funds are being received and processed in a timely manner. Once the project is complete and the client has signed off, we issue the final payment which is usually held back for a few weeks. At this point the client either decides to keep the project or sell it. We offer services to liquidate the project along with our partners at Toronto Real Estate Pro.

How does ADB help you acquire, design and build your dream project?
Once the property is secured, we reach out to our architectural design team to look at the entire vision that our clients desire for. The team comes up with a proposal, and upon approval we interact with specialized teams like Mechanical, Structural, Landscape, Environmental, Interior Design, based on the requirement.
Next we reach out to our specialized teams depending on the needs of the project such as Mechanical, Structural, Landscape, Environmental, interior design. Once the designs are finalized we approach the Panning and Buildings Department to get approvals to build.
Upon confirmation from the city officials and approvals of the entire proposal, we start our bidding process for hiring reputable builders in the city the project is based out of.

He has directed the design and construction of projects worth more than $100 million. He has expertise in many fields such as commercial, resturants, office, and residential projects. Yawar is a serial enterpruner running his own fast food chain Rowdy bird which he considers his baby and now is a very well.
